The announcement that UPPCO will restore Silver lake Reservoir will improve the ability to manage the water level. In addition the maintenance projects on the Hoist Dam have been mostly completed which will also improve the water stability. These things should lead to improved stability, providing Mother Nature does her part each year with adequate precipitation.
